For me, Suchit is the best of all Roadies… I really like this guy- a True & honest man. After watching all the episode of Roadies 8, I declared Suchit as the most deserving roadies candidate ever. How Raghu checks Confidence on Roadies
One thing you must need to become a Roadie is - confidence. Raghu is very much hungry for the guys who have great confidence. Here below i added audition image of two well known Roadies participant Anamika & Suchit, where they were asked to show their both hand fingers to check their nervousness. To check whether it's shaking or not, if not shaking then there confidence lies..
Even Anamika was asked to look into their eyes & sing confidently and she successfully did it.. See the below video:
